My special guest today is Red Garnier. Red is a fairly new author but very prolific with releases from Ellora’s Cave, Loose Id and Liquid Silver Books.
In fact I’m reading one of Red’s books at the moment – Stroke of Midnight, the one with the beautiful cover below, which leads me to today’s topic.

And, I just had to mention this, since it fascinated me when I explored her website earlier – A couple of interesting facts about Shelli you may not know: She’s auditioned for American Idol, and she’s a second degree purple belt in Tae Kwon Do (Though she says she’s currently on a hiatus.)

Lorelei didn’t really have much of a choice about visiting my blog today. In fact I told her I’d stalk her if she didn’t agree to a guest spot. *looking over shoulder* Heck, I might do it anyway because I’m a real fan-girl. My favorites are the western contemporaries with their delicious alpha heroes who know lots of um…interesting things.

My guest today is Christine d’Abo. Christine is a relatively new author with Ellora’s Cave and writes both futurisitic and paranormal titles. I particularly enjoyed her book, The Bond that Ties Us and luckily for me, she has another book from this series arriving in 2008. I can’t wait!
She has a new contemporary romance coming out on 14 December called Chasing Phoenix. Make sure you check it out. It would be the perfect treat for anyone who needs a bit of pre-Christmas relaxation.

I’ll admit I’m a new convert to Beth’s books having only discovered them this year, but I’ve turned into a big fan of the Malloy family series after a yearning to read some western historical books led me in her direction. And, I have her Devils on Horseback series to look forward to next, which I’m quietly excited about. Beth’s latest releases are Branded (in e-format) and Devils on Horseback: Nate (print format). Both books are available from Samhain Publishing, and of course you can buy Nate’s story from your favorite bookstore.
