Well, he can’t possibly change a dog’s breed without mutilating him, so I’ll go with a joke ad.
He probably does things like fix jowls or add neuticles.

I had never heard of this neuticles thing until a few weeks ago I watched a reality show. It’s definitely not common down here.

I looked it up. It’s an ad for an upcoming show on Comedy Central. But I also found there are real canine plastic surgeons. Mostly they fix things that are medically necessary for the dog’s quality of life. But some are not above taking the dog-owner’s money for more superficial items.

That makes sense now that you say it since there were posters for movies and TV shows everywhere. Not in favour of plastic surgery at all unless it’s the result of an accident being corrected.
