My nephew grew up in Australia but lives in LA now, and today his Facebook update mentioned watching live ANZAC footie. (“Go Bombers” was his exact quote.) Now I know what he was talking about. I mean, in addition to the football.

They’re quick and easy to make. I whipped up a batch before dinner. I remember making them at home economics at school and have liked them ever since. :)

What a wonderful recipe for the ANZAC cookies. I remember liking them so much while in NZ and students would bring them over. I’ll try this recipe for sure now!

And I liked the story why mothers and wives bake dthis biscuit.
