Happy Release Day X 2! Does Ellora’s Cave approach you when they’re doing up an anthology, or do you submit a story idea for an upcoming collection?

Julia – these two anthologies are part of the Jewels series. Each month last year EC put out stories with birthstones as the theme. This year they’re putting them into print.
EC often have requests for themed stories, which are put out in print at a later date.
