It has two biscuits with a chocolate filling and then the entire biscuit is covered in chocolate. Very yummy, and an Australian invention. Timtam has wonderful ads with lovely eyecandy. The woman in the ad always sends the eyecandy away and keeps the Timtams. I'm not quite sure I agree with her thinking but there you go! A timtam is a chocolate biscuit.
