I grew up near Lake Shastina (spent every summer on Lake Shasta) and I never knew there was a privately-owned island there…very interesting.

I enjoyed the excerpt on Coffee Time as well, Jane. And I loved the post since I make a habit of writing what I want. it doesn’t necessarily make for a saleable book, but it satisfies the muse!
