I’m exactly the same, Shelley. I actually have more self-discipline when it comes to chocolate, which gives you some idea.

LOL - no problem, Denise. As I said I’m looking forward to reading Strongman. I enjoy both writing and reading m/m. I’m saving it as a treat for when I finish my current WIP. I haven’t bought it yet because I know I’ll cave and start reading. I know myself well!!

Gabriele, they are TOTALLY yum.

I just adored Fort and Griff. They’re the sort of characters that have truly stayed with me. I felt impelled to write their story.

Sooo funny you should be a mad gesticulater too. I truly did almost demolish a waiter once. The story had an explosion in it and as I got to the BOOM!, the waiter behind me stepped back smartly and I missed him by a whisker. He had three loaded plates in his hands! Also excellent reflexes.

Wow, what an interesting setting for a book! This one went immediately into my buy list.

And it’s good to know there’s more of us hand wavers out there. My biggest nemesis is the stealthy waiter, who honestly should know better than to sneak up behind me with pitchers of water when I’m explaining a story plot at dinner. ;)

Hi there, Danette! Anything you can imagine happening, um, does. heh heh

As for flying, I think I’d love the view, as you say, but also think of the wind beneath your wings, on your face. The sheer freedom of it, to be able to just glide on a thermal. Aaaah…

I suppose hang-gliding would come pretty close, but I’ve never done it. Not sure I’d have the guts these days.
