Thanks for the best wishes for my new release.

Christina - I hope you managed to fix your computer issues.

Tina - we could sure do with some rain here! Everyone is complaining about the heat.

This morning, while struggling with computer issues, a dove landed right outside the window, looked down at me and started coo-ing. Really made my day!!

Great list! I love how quiet the mind gets while exercising, allowing you to observe other things. :D

Happy TT!

Great exercise and TT, Shelley! Sounds in my immediate environment: stereo, noisy people upstairs, the snow plow in its regular rounds (couple inches again today), hum of the computer, pounding and power tools from the renovations across the hall.

How cool that you even noticed. I usually don't hear noises around me at all. Lucky you.

I haven't done this in ages. My high school English teacher had us do this once and it was remarkably thought provoking.

Right now I hear..the distant sounds of traffic. Was better a couple hours ago when I awoke to the dulcet sounds of my cat standing on my chest, purring with her mouth open.

Hmm. Aparantly I'm having a repeat day withoug my knowledge as Google won't let me post--says I've already make this exact comment.
