We've obviously brought them from the Mother country :grin: Jenyfer's description is spot on, in fact sometimes we make our own and the tubes from tp rolls are perfect to save for home made crackers. A cylindrical tube (like a TP roll size) covered in pretty wrapping. You pull each end to open and they come apart with a pop! Inside there is usually a paper crown, a joke and perhaps a treat of some sort. It's more of a British thing - don't usually see them in America. How can I describe them?
