Christmas Cracker Jokes

Did anyone get any good jokes in their Christmas crackers?

Here are some from the Munro clan crackers:

Why is a football stadium so cool?

Because it’s full of fans.

~*~

What was Camelot?

A place where people parked their camels!

~*~

Why did Santa Claus stop singing Christmas carols?

Because he liked wrap!

~*~

What did Adam say on the day before Christmas?

It’s Christmas, Eve!

Anyone care to share their Christmas cracker jokes? Either good or bad

  1. The jokes in our crackers were so old, even the kids were groaning!!!

Hope you have a very happy rest of the holidays!

  2. LOL - they obviously need some “new blood” in the joke department of the Christmas cracker factory. I hope you had a fun day.

  3. I forgot to look at the jokes that were in my children’s crackers.

I’m going to pass along that “Camelot” joke to my daughter though -she’s only seven so it’s right up her alley :)

  4. This is something I haven’t heard of. Christmas Crackers?
    I’m such a Yank. LOL.

  5. How can I describe them? A cylindrical tube (like a TP roll size) covered in pretty wrapping. You pull each end to open and they come apart with a pop! Inside there is usually a paper crown, a joke and perhaps a treat of some sort. It’s more of a British thing - don’t usually see them in America.

  6. Jennifer - well, you learn something everyday. I didn’t realize they were an English thing. I just assumed you’d have them over there. We’ve obviously brought them from the Mother country

Jenyfer’s description is spot on, in fact sometimes we make our own and the tubes from tp rolls are perfect to save for home made crackers.

  7. LOL! Well, I remember talking to my Canadian friend and discussing Veteran’s Day. We do that very differently too.
    Oh, and Fourth Of July.
I’m fascinated by the fact that a Christmas in New Zealand is more like a barbecue.
I love learning stuff like that though.

  8. On the news tonight they had a story of a family in Christchurch who found the remains of a mouse in one of their Christmas crackers! Thank goodness we only had lame jokes. They were complaining they had the mouse plus terrible jokes!!
