I can switch the recipe any way the ingredients in my cupboard dictate :grin: I'm terrible for improvising. Estella, last year my husband planted zucchini in his garden. We had zucchini coming out our ears! I wish I'd known there was a recipe for a cake. LOL - I refused to let him plant it again this year.
