Mr. Munro and I have started going for a walk after dinner. I’m not sure how long this extra exercise routine will last, but it’s actually quite nice walking briskly in the dark with the wee dog.
Paige Tyler has tagged me. Since my middle name is a highly kept secret I’m considering what to post. Watch this space.
Spice Briefs: Has anyone purchased/read the Spice Briefs by Delilah Devlin and Sarah McCarty? I downloaded them today and hope to read them during the next couple of days. I’m interested to see what they’re like.
And finally, in my monthly website update I’ve uploaded some new photos on my photo blog and added some new excerpts for my upcoming releases and a new article for writers.

Walking is a good way to walk off those extra calories you’ve eaten during dinner. My mom and I used to walk after dinner too, but now that I have a lousy schedule, we don’t anymore. No wonder I gained 10 lbs. Ugh!
by Tempest Knight August 22nd, 2007 at 4:43 amThe Spice Briefs are on my to-read list, too. Btw, now I want to know your highly kept secret middle name
by Amy Redwood August 22nd, 2007 at 8:33 amTempest: that’s the idea - walking off a few pounds, but life sometimes has a way of getting in the way of good intentions!
Amy: Ah, but if I told ya, I’d have to shoot you
by Shelley Munro August 22nd, 2007 at 12:11 pmI love walking, and it’s a good for the heart and circulation. Lately, it’s been too hot, so I’ll be glad when it cools off.
by Lucinda August 22nd, 2007 at 5:02 pmAh, Lucinda - I’d love a bit of sunshine and warmth at the moment. It’s been so wet my feet are growing roots
by Shelley Munro August 22nd, 2007 at 7:00 pmI love walking with the family after dinner. Helps to burn off the sugar and settle the kids down.
This week I am thanking my fellow bloggers by having you to pick my book trailer. Just my way of thanking you for being so supportive of me.
